Rating 1 - Able to navigate more than 3 steps
Rating 2 - Slow walkers or wheelchair users who can get up a few steps
Rating 3 - Wheelchair users with full use of upper body
Rating 4 - Wheelchair users with limited arm/hand use
Rating 5 - Wheelchair users with no arm/hand use
